Where do I find my office product key?

No. Residents guide their own daily routines. We support individual preferences for wake-up times, meals, bathing, rest, and activities.

Yes. Each resident has a private room with a TV, personal closet, individual thermostat, and space for their own furniture or decorations.

That’s absolutely fine. We respect personal pace and never rush residents. Bathing, dressing, and care routines happen on the resident’s time

Yes. Our trained staff assist with the self-administration of prescribed medications and ensure they are taken safely and on time.

Are rooms private or shared?

All rooms at Home & Heart are private to support dignity, privacy, and personal space

Yes. Each room includes an individual thermostat so residents can adjust the temperature to their comfort

Absolutely. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items such as bedding, photos, chairs, or keepsakes to make their space feel like home.

We help schedule the appointment, notify the family or representative, and coordinate transportation. Staff can also assist with preparation and follow-up.

Yes. We partner with licensed hospice agencies to provide end-of-life comfort care — including emotional and spiritual support, 24-hour assistance, and space for family presence.

What is the capacity of your home?

We are licensed for up to six non-ambulatory residents.

Yes. Our entire home, including bathrooms and backyard, is ADA-compliant and accessible for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs.

Yes. We are trained to care for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and we provide structured memory support.

Families are welcome to visit throughout the day. We ask that visits respect residents’ rest schedules and care routines.
